From arrival to departure it was great. Front desk staff was super, especially Christina who solved the two bed need and Laura who helped me de stress while waiting for roadside assistance on a rental in the rain. Breakfast was great, something for everybody, the 24/7 coffee and tea, the yummy afternoon cookies were a big asset. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable and the pool was especially fabulous for my grandson. I will definitely stay there again the next time I come to Idaho Falls. Good room, good food, good service front desk. Our room was a good size and very clean. The location is off the highway so it's quieter and staff was excellent. Great pet friendly hotel! We loved the hotel, it was lovely and the staff was terrific! We stayed in a suite with kitchen. Room was clean, smelled fresh. Kitchen was spotless. It was a great experience!
