Very comfy beds and good service from helpful staff. Had a very pleasant stay. This was an absolutely delightful place. Thoughtfully curated and imminently comfortable. The staff was helpful and well informed. I'd definitely recommend this to others and hope to return. The room was clean, the staff friendly. Very nice hotel. Liked the decor, bed comfy. Didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but it smelled delish! Have stayed twice, would stay again. We were in Lancaster for our grandson's winter graduation ceremony and wanted to stay close to campus. The Lancaster Arts Hotel exceeded our expectations. The renovations and the people are lovely. The hotel was well laid out, the staff were friendly and helpful and clean. The restaurant which is attached the hotel was also a gem! Five stars for service and atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and accommodated my requests. The lobby and room were very unique and warm. Looking forward to returning again.
