Property Description

This is a 8400 sq.ft. contemporary home that is used as Bed and Breakfast. It is situated on 3 acres on the South River in a quiet community. We are just n10 minutes away from downtown Annapolis, the state capitol of Maryland. For extended stay guests we lower the price and do not provide breakfast. Each room has a refrigerator and microwave and a second full size kitchen is available for guests to use. Laundry facilities are available to guests as well.Our standard queen size bed rooms are $100 per night. Our King Size bed suite is $125 per night. And our 2 queen bed 1 bath and den suite $150 per night For off site business meetings, breakfast or luncheon for up to 20. The waterfront setting enables the group to relax and generate a productive meeting and be creative.
