We arrived in the middle of a driving rainstorm on a busy Saturday evening in early August and check in was seamless and thorough and having the room on the ground floor and accessible from the outside was a real convenience because of the rain. We have stayed here before and it was always nice but the new ownership has upped its service game extensively with great attention to detail.
