Great hotel experience! Our view from our room on the 15th floor was phenomenal! The way the chairs were arranged for viewing was well done. Convenient to watch fireworks and color changes every night, which we enjoyed. Hotel close to all activities we were thinking about doing. Stephanie was so wonderful at check in. We got the perfect room overlooking the falls. Many places to eat nearby. Nice restaurant at the hotel. There was live music in the bar on Saturday night. Nice workout room. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The PERFECT place to stay. This hotel is located nicely by the falls. The view of the falls was out of this world! The hotel room was a bit disappointing. We had two queen beds. One of them the pillows smelled really bad. Enjoyed our family holiday. Loved seeing the Falls! We upgraded to the presidential suite just for the stunning views of the falls! There are only a handful of places to stay with this view! My 11 year old and I stayed for two nights and we were offered a falls view room for a very reasonable and small fee when checking in. We were on the 23rd floor with a fantastic view! The room was amazing with great upgrades; clean and modern. Pool facilities were great. They've done a great job with the modern finishes. Staff was great and the valet staff are awesome. Would highly recommend! We loved our stay. Everyone was so friendly and the view was breathtaking. Must visit!
