I picked this hotel due to reviews. I ended up with the best hotel room that I think I could've found in cdmx! It is centrally located, but on a side street so that the noise isn't bad like other hotels that I read reviews on. Javier is at the front desk for most of the day and he is hands down the best employee I've ever met at a hotel. He speaks Spanish and English and makes the best recommendations when asked about food, activities, etc. We ended up eating at three of his recommendations in one night and loved each one! (Don Guerro for tacos, churreras Moro for dessert churros and El Mexicano for cocktails) each one was delicious. When we mentioned wanting to do lucha libre the next day, he explained different phrases we might hear, explained the teams to us and when we got back from an outing, had the itinerary printed to help us understand. The hotel was huge, king size bed, large shower, balcony, two waters per day, full kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, etc.). This place exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be back. There are TONS of restaurants nearby (casual to formal), places to drink, corner stores, street vendors, etc. It cost us $13 to take an Uber from the airport to the hotel and only $8 to take it back. From the hotel, we used Uber to get to all different neighborhoods and it cost between $1.50 $4 before tip. HIGHLY recommend. Located one block away from the US Embassy and from the monument " Angel de la Independencia", right in the Financial area, just 5 min away from the Zona Rosa with quick access to the "Castillo de Chapultepec" and downtownAll rooms are equipped with a King size bed , 28" T.V. with premium channels, bathroom amenities, WiFi in public areas is free.
