The new self contained conference wing opened in 2006, has it's own dedicated entrance and free car park adjacent, purpose build meeting rooms along the corridor from the main Hall Of Champions, all containing flexible meeting space. The Hall Of Champions is a large contemporary space at the heart of the Millennium Wing, this room can be split into 2 separate rooms and pre-function/reception/breakout area or exhibition space or opened up to create one large room. Registration desks can be placed for delegates at the private entrance and the Willie Park Suite can be opened up as a cloak room.

This area is ideal for break-out space, tea/coffee/lunch serving area, exhibition space, pre-registration area, bar area. Or opened up to create one large room, large enough to drive cars into the Hall of Champions.

A classic grand room, which can be split into two sections of equal size. This space is fully equipped to answer all meeting and banqueting needs including dinners & conferences for up to 300 people, product launches/exhibitions & fashion shows. Although no windows within the Ballroom it is possible to open the blinds and or doors into the lobby area and likewise open the doors and or windows onto the courtyard at the front of the hotel.

Slightly larger than the syndicate/break out rooms, with the same features including its own plasma screen connected to the AV system that runs throughout the meeting spaces. Floor to ceiling windows with black-out curtains along one side of all syndicate rooms, over looking the Old Course.
