Room was clean with a fridge and microwave. WiFi is fast enough to stream TV shows. Reservation was made online and was ready. Room was pleasant, clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was adequate. Just down the street from the Yuma International Airport, Marine Corp base & Fairgrounds. This quiet property on beautiful grounds has a large parking lot with easy in and out access for buses or vehicles pulling boats etc. We serve a Free deluxe breakfast with a hot waffle bar and biscuits and gravy from 6-9am. The heated outdoor Oasis pool is surrounded with Mature palm trees which gives shade on those hot days. There are also BBQ grills and tables in the pool area. The Very pleasant staff is availbe 24/7.
