I had to stay at the hotel due to an issue with an airline and I didn't know what to expect from a hotel in downtown Chicago. I was really surprised! I don't normally stay in hotels this ritzy but there was some kind of convention going on in the city and the room I got may have been one of the last and perhaps one of the best! Gorgeous view, stellar rooms and nearly perfect in every detail. An excellent "accident" that I would recommend to anyone! Excellent hotel, available and helpful staff. fantastic location. Our professionally trained staff will deliver a grand style of service, which has been awarded Four Stars from Mobil Travel Guide and Four Diamonds from the American Automobile Association. In addition, your meeting program will run smoothly and efficiently in our well-designed, state-of-the-art function space and our non-union Audio Visual Department can assist you with any of your needs. We completed an $8 million renovation last year that included all new guestrooms, banquet chairs and grand ballroom space. As of May, 2006 we completed a renovation on our health club, lobby and guestroom corridors.
