Property Description

We loved staying here and hope to stay here again. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is good and TV selection is varied. When I visit Columbia, I stay here. The hotel is clean and easy to access from I-26. In addition, the location provides easy access to eateries without having to drive on Harbison Boulevard, which can be very congested with traffic. Next door is a 24 hour convenience store and next to that is a 24 hour pharmacy. The hotel is in a great location on Highway 60, the main access road to Lake Murray. Welcoming and clean. Friendly and courteous service. Breakfast was fantastic! We are right off I-26 at exit 102A. We are a mile from Columbiana Mall and there are restaurants within walking distance to the property. Residence Inn is in a perfect location as we are 10-15 minutes from downtown Columbia as well as downtown Lexington. The all-suites property will feature studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom suites each equipped with a full kitchen. Our rooms have separate living, working, and sleeping areas and suites are all equipped with a flat panel HD television. Complimentary wireless and hard wired internet is available.After a long day at work, you can relax by our outdoor fire pit and outdoor pool, or try your hand at our recreational putting green. At your home away from home you can enjoy complimentary on-site parking, on site laundry facilities and same day dry cleaning, and you will have access to our outdoor grilling area.In addition, we offer 745 sq feet of meeting space which can accommodate 50 guests classroom style. We can offer this space at a discount for groups staying at the property.
