My stay at this beautiful hotel was such a nice and pleasant experience, words can't describe how grateful I am for all the help that I got from Massimo, he went above and beyond to make my stay an unforgettable experience and I do treasure all the help! They have breakfast 7:00 to 10:30am, he helped me to check out and my breakfast was ready before 06:00am, he wasn't supposed to do it but he has such a nice and pleasant personality that he did it all for me, thank you very much Massimo! Grazie! All other employees were so kind and helpful too. If I want to travel to Italy once again I know where to book as hotel for my stay and it would be River Ch├óteau Hotel once again. So many good restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel, couldn't be any better! I highly recommend. Room was so beautiful and classic, I felt like a queen in beautiful Rome! I had all that I needed in my room.
