The Victoria Room, with its wall of windows overlooking White Rock, British Columbia, and Semiahmoo Bay is the perfect venue for any type of event, from meetings to retreats to elegant sit-down dinners. The San Juan Ballroom boasts distinguished functionality and flexibility. This ballroom can be broken down into four separate sections, each with 720 square feet of open space. With its classic, yet neutral decor, the San Juan Ballroom provides an ideal ambience for a productive meeting, a private dinner or a festive banquet.

One of our most popular summer ceremony venues, the Seaview Terrace is a picturesque setting for any event. Our premiere location for your dream wedding, the Terrace is a beautifully laid brick patio that opens up onto a manicured lawn. It looks out over Semiahmoo Bay and British Columbia's treasured White Rock coast.

For smaller meetings and social gatherings, this suite located on the second floor can accommodate from 20 - 30 people in a casual living room or conference-style setting. Adjacent to water view guest rooms, the suite has a bathroom and kitchenette with a refrigerator and sink.

Home to our nightly showing of "Movies at the Moo," the Discovery Theater has 58 tiered seats with fold-out tables and a rear-screen projection system. This room is ideal for a formal presentation or a casual classroom-style meeting.

The Sunset Room is a private dining room with a beautiful view of Semiahmoo Bay, White Rock, British Columbia, and the signature Semiahmoo sunsets over the San Juan Islands. It can accommodate up to 18 people for a relaxed breakfast or daytime meeting or an intimate dinner featuring fresh Pacific Northwest cuisine from nearby Stars, our fine-dining restaurant.

Opulent furnishings and the unique ambiance of a wine cellar make this room perfect for a private dinner. The Wine Room, located at the entrance of Stars, seats up to 12 people. Home to our award-winning wine selections, the Wine Room is the ideal place to spoil your guests with lavish service and delectable cuisine.

Adjacent to the Pierside Room, the dock has views of Semiahmoo Bay and White Rock, B.C. From late spring to early fall, the dock is the ideal location for a mid-sized wedding ceremony with a reception following in the Pierside Room.

From the two expansive walls of windows, with breathtaking views of Drayton Harbor and White Rock, British Columbia, make the Pierside Room an ideal setting for a Pacific Northwest themed event. Its high wood beamed ceilings and mahogany wood tables provide a unique setting appropriate for any catered event. The outside deck offers a welcome change of venue for a reception or cocktail hour prior to your dinner or wedding reception, weather permitting.

Situated on the back deck of the hotel with views of White Rock, British Columbia, and Semiahmoo Bay, this elegant tent provides an ideal setting for an outdoor event. Complete with a chiffon liner and removable walls with windows, the Pavilion Tent provides a unique and festive atmosphere. The Pavilion Tent is available May - September, with space heaters available as needed.

Approximately seven miles from the resort, our Tudor-style mansion with crystal chandeliers, a grand staircase, numerous fireplaces and 15 guest rooms is the perfect setting for an exclusive, elegant wedding or offsite event. Built in 1992, the Loomis Trail Mansion boasts several large dining rooms, salons and reception rooms, a large pub-style bar, a boardroom and a wood-paneled billiard room all with grand views of the golf course. Whether you want a formal sit-down dinner for up to 180 people or a festive dance party with multiple buffet stations, Loomis Trail sets the mood.

Located at the south end of our Loomis Trail Mansion, the Loomis Garden Plaza is an exceptional setting for a garden-style wedding or outdoor entertainment function. A beautiful white arbor surrounded by lush foliage, flowers, walkways and grass areas make this a wonderful site for a spring, summer or fall wedding or event. The Garden Plaza can accommodate up to 200 people in tiered theater seating.

Located at the Semiahmoo Golf & Country Club, the Palmer Room is a stylish private setting for a a post golf event, formal dinner, or welcome party. Overlooking the golf course, with a fireplace and adjacent patio, the Palmer room is an ideal setting for events year-round.

Located at Semiahmoo Golf & Country Club just three miles from the resort, is the newest additional to the Semiahmoo Resort experience. Surrounded by towering cedar trees and overlooking our golf course, ponds and fountains, the structure provides versatile seating for up to 250, ample lighting and heating.
