Clean hotel. Good views. Grandson said it was the best place he ever stayed! The showers were great; everything needed was at the hotel or very close by. Easy to use help desk that you can text. A great view from the breakfast restaurant. A nice spa on the 14th floor. Quick check in, friendly front desk with YEMI, she was amazing! Clean room, fast elevator, main lobby had all the necessities. Will be back! Close to lots of stuff to do. Hotel was clean and professional. Really enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly. The service and hotel were great. The staff we dealt with were very professional and polite. Our room was excellent and clean. We had a great view of both falls and enjoyed the fireworks display from our room. Would definitely stay there again in the future. Everything was great at this hotel. Strongly recommended if you're looking for a comfortable stay at a luxury hotel. An easy 5/5 rating. Great staff, nice location and reasonable rates.
