We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by very friendly staff. She gave us the rundown on the hotel and made sure we had a room that we would like. The room was clean, very spacious with a lot of the comforts of home. They had plenty of dishes, a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The bed was comfy and the towels were soft. We pool was already closed for the season but we still enjoyed some time outside in the courtyard. The location is great for the Schaumburg area. We joined the rewards program and 100% plan to stay again. Great suite. Very clean and well appointed. Great customer service.
