Our room was comfortable, clean and the staff was very professional, friendly and polite!Breakfast and Social Hour was good. The outdoor courtyard was nice and rooms were clean. My husband and I travel quite a bit and this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We were lucky enough to have our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter join us and the set up was perfect with our two separate bedrooms and baths. The kitchenette was ideal for the four month old! Located in the heart of Ballantyne, you will find an all suites hotel with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Free hot breakfast bar each morning and free beer/wine with appetizer reception each M-T-W night. Indoor heated pool, hot tub and fitness center.
