Our lovely Guesthouse is situated in middle of the Kitzb├╝heler Alps,located in the adorable village Oberau, which is in the heart of the Wildsch├Ânau. The Valley Wildsch├Ânau is not only known because of its stunning landscape, but also for its infamous spirit the Wildsch├Ânauer Krautinger. They say either you hate or you love him. One thing is certain you will never forget how Krautinger tastes. Rumour has it the regional delicacy is the medicine of the Alps, for example if you feel unwell or oversaturated. If you are curious now what the schnapps from the Wildsch├Ânau is all about, you have to come for a tasting.Hosting is our life!The Steinerhof is a family run pension with charm. You will be welcomed by the house owner and the cooking and serving is also done by family members. In other words, you can enjoy a very rare atmosphere and pleasantness. In front of our Guesthouse:are the bus station in both directions. Consequently, is the city W├Ârgl 20 minutes, or the ski lift station of the Ski Juwel Alpachtal-Wildsch├Ânau in 15 minutes to reach by bus. Of course, you are faster by car. Nevertheless, the public transport and many more services are for free with the Wildsch├Ânau Card.
