The front desk people were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Galyna arranged for us to change rooms to be closer to the desk, pointed out the difficulties for me to safely use the pool, (wet floors) so that I was able to adjust my swim and transport back and forth without danger of falling. I was able to swim for an hour and get back to my room with my poles (walking sticks) without slipping on the floor or falling. The day gentleman was also alert to suggest how we could move our luggage out without difficulty. The lady in the breakfast area was so efficient and careful to make varieties of foods always readily available and neat. Rooms were clean, pool good and clean. Great location for heading to the states. Next to restaurants. Breakfast included. Pet friendly! Nice rooms.
