The Walkway over the Hudson, FDR House, Locust Grove
Stayed two nights with friends. Facility was new and very clean. The price point was right on for a friends getaway. Staff was very efficient and friendly. This hotel was established in June 2021 it offers several amenities and boasts 44 room types from Super Kings to Super Double Queens with the availability of Handicap rooms. The hotel has two floors with rooms located on both sides of the building for those who prefer to be away from the roadside. Room amenities include Hair Dryer, Telephone, Wi-Fi, Refrigerator, AC, Hot and Cold Water. Free Parking is available on both sides of the building. Hotel Amenities include Business center, Breakfast Room, Vending and Soda Machines, Ice Machine and Guest Laundry with a washer and dryer. Conveniently located next door is a privately and separately owned GYM for those who enjoy working out. Not far away are local restaurants and bars for those who enjoy outdoor dining with several local attractions in surrounding towns.
