The Wyndham Garden Hotel is close to the Railroad museum, State Capitol Bldg., NV State Museum, the Carson City Mint, which still has working presses. Carson City has 9 golf courses throughout the Carson Valley, and plenty of sunshine to enjoy the courses. Carson City also has a variety of outdoor activities, such as mountain bike and hiking trails. Enjoy the history of the Old Wild West on the ghost walk trail. Virginia City is 25 minutes from Carson City, as is Beautiful Lake Tahoe, as well as Reno.

The hotel was a beautiful home base for my cousin and I as we were in Carson City for a family reunion over the 4th of July weekend. We liked the happy hour each day. Also enjoyed the Black Bear Diner each morning for breakfast before heading out. Very convenient Very happy with this lovely hotel! This facility has been nicely updated. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff could not be more helpful. Great restaurant on site. We enjoyed our one night stay. Large, clean room. Walking distance to restaurants.
