This hotel has so much beauty in the architecture of it. Everywhere you look there's another beautiful painting or artifact to see. The workers were all extremely polite and thankful for anything you asked of them. Brian was an exceptional bellhop who we enjoyed seeing daily. The wedding venue was outstanding and an overall great experience. Class act! Pfister made our stay/trip even better! Beautiful hotel with great staff. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Outstanding Experience. Excellent place to stay downtown. Nice hotel, great service. Friendly, service oriented staff. The hotel was beautifully maintained and the staff were extremely professional and tried to go above and beyond to make our stay a great one. We were impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff that we dealt with. The hotel was very clean. We had breakfast at the caf├® and the food was delicious. If we return to Milwaukee, I would definitely stay here again. The rooms and service were great. We are already planning a return trip so that we can engage in some of the amenities we learned about while we were there. Excellent in room dining food too! Hector at the front desk went above and beyond helping me. Aaron Sweet took over the next day and was very helpful. Both of these men deserve a big raise! Rooms were well kept and we liked the EV charging stations in the garage. Enjoyable stay. Clean and comfortable room and very helpful and attentive staff. Excellent location. Superb!
