This hotel has so much beauty in the architecture of it. Everywhere you look there's another beautiful painting or artifact to see. The workers were all extremely polite and thankful for anything you asked of them. Brian was an exceptional bellhop who we enjoyed seeing daily. The wedding venue was outstanding and an overall great experience. Class act! Pfister made our stay/trip even better! Beautiful hotel with great staff. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
