The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It's a nice hotel option in downtown Rapid City. The staff was excellent! The room was clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Best hotel in town. Letting us check in early was godsend, my wife had eye surgery and we needed someplace to go, thank you.
