Jackson Hole has grown to be one of the leading destinations for a western Rocky Mountain vacation. Jackson is the south entrance to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Park. Through our on-site Outbound Adventure Center, we offer fabulous whitewater rafting, scenic wildlife trips, hiking, biking, snowmobiling and some of the best skiing in the United States.
The Virginian Lodge lives the ethos of the west with true grit and our motto to "Keep it Western". Revel in a taste of adventure out West at our retro Wyoming lodge. Surrounded by wide open spaces and Jackson charm, The Virginian offers contemporary rooms, a lively saloon, all-season pool, two oversized hot tubs and several fire pits for winding down after a day of exploration. On-site at the Virginian there is also a hair salon, liquor store, RV park and our meeting rooms the Wister Hall (2.965sf) and the Shiloh Boardroom (380sf).

All major airlines fly into Jackson WY (JAC) which is located in Teton National Park 10 miles from the town of Jackson. Idaho Falls ID is only an 1.5 hours away (IDA) and Salt Lake City UT (SLC)which is about 4.5 hours drive from us. Local Shuttle Info: The Virginian Lodge offers a winter seasonal skier shuttle to/from the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Sign up with the front desk the night prior to guarantee a seat. The shuttle offers two morning departures to the ski area and two afternoon return trips.

The on-site Virginian Restaurant is a local's favorite. A family-owned neighborhood spot with a cowboy motif & homestyle American eats for breakfast & lunch. Often recognized by both locals and visitors alike as the best breakfast in town, enjoy a home-styled western breakfast from weekdays 6:30-11:00, weekends 6:30-11:30. Lunch served from 11:00am through 2:00pm (Monday-Saturday).
