Meeting Room

We have a beautiful, modern meeting room that is 432 total square feet. The space accommodates 18 attendees comfortably when set-up classroom style (with room for two seats for the presenters up front, making the space comfortable for 20 attendees). Our meeting room is well-lit and accessorized with updated furniture and a nice large window to let in natural light. We also provide a 52-inch TV, that can be used to project your computer screen, a telephone, two white boards (equipped with dry erase markers and magnets), and eight power outlets throughout the room for guests to access. We also can provide a flip chart and stand, and a projector and screen for an additional fee. The only food and beverage options we can provide is coffee (for an additional fee) and water (complimentary), which will be replenished throughout the day by our front office staff. We do not have a restaurant on property, but you are more than welcome to bring in food yourself. There are also a wide variety of restaurant choices across the street at Coconut Point Mall that deliver and cater.
