Nice place to stay, clean with friendly staff. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. My overall experience at Tru Hotel was great. I was very impressed when I arrived. I have been at many hotel in Michigan and thoughout the state, the Customer Service Attendant was especially nice considering the circumstances that were going on throughout Jackson and the surrounding areas. Clean and relaxing hotel. I enjoyed my stay. I had never been in a hotel like this before where everything was clean, simple, pared down design. It was refreshing! Everything was clean and dust free.
