This staff was on point and very helpful not to mention very nice! The manager that checked me in was the best! I slept great, rooms were clean and very nice. My daughter and I had a great time. Good look with all the family games and the pool table was a plus. I give the staff and hotel a ten! Thank you all! This was our first time booking a TRU hotel. We chose it because it was close to our venue and seemed somewhat newer. It was also cheaper (no pool) and since we weren't going to actually be in the room much, we didn't want to spend a lot. We immediately noticed a more casual vibe as soon as we walked in the door. The decor is so different from most hotels, more fun oriented, with a pool table in the lobby! The front desk attendants were lively and friendly and quite helpful. We booked a room with one king bed.The extra blanket made a huge difference. The TV was HUGE which was nice if you are a TV watcher. We loved the fact that there was no carpet in our room! The complimentary breakfast was great! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book another TRU hotel for short stays.
