If your looking for a king room and it's on the second floor, it's great. The rest of the place is a bit old and grimy plus some fist floor guests are mmmm shady. The king rooms are clean and spacious with nice bathrooms. For the price and location to Quinnipiac. Big thumbs up. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our king room. Very handy for University and close to other amenities. Very quiet. We will be back. The bed was comfortable, the refrigerator was a good touch, bathroom okay. I found the room to be very quiet with a nice view of a jogging/biking path.
