Good, helpful staff and good accommodations and good breakfast. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. This is the best place to stay! We desperately needed a place to stay because of a family member who was hospitalized at Baptist Hospital up the road. When we arrived at the hotel, which was pretty late, those behind the desk were so hospitable and kind. We quickly went up to our room and slept in a wonderfully comfortable bed. However, we needed to see about a change in rooms because I have a physical disability that requires me to use a walk in shower where the room we had was a bathtub shower combo. Phyllis Kloski helped us into another room. I was grateful. I don't remember the name of the man who was also so helpful and I can't remember his name. Again, I can't thank these people enough for making our stay so comfortable. And the facility is very nice, comfortable. It seems to be a quiet neighborhood which also nice. I highly recommend Wingate if you have a loved one that needs to be in the main Baptist Hospital because you're just a very short drive from the medical facility. Very professional staff. Great stay!
