Last minute check in after a travel snafu. The desk clerk was kind, helpful and accommodating. Our property is a 3 story 83 all suites hotel with generous room sizes, indoor heated pool, 75,000 square feet of convention space, a chapel, close proximity to Lake Erie, surrounded by restaurants, and we are 2-3 miles from shopping. All rooms offer a mini-fridge, microwave and Kureg coffee pot. When traveling with children, we suggest our executive size rooms with even more square footage, a larger living room and a second television for them. Executive size rooms can come adjoining for even larger families, birthday/pool parties, wedding prep space for pridal parties etc. On days where we have events happening on property, we often offer a happy hour, cocktails including complimentary hot hors d'oeuvres with a two drink minimum. Parking and wi-fi are free and once past the final effects of covid, we will reinstitute our complimentary hot breakfast. In the meantime, rates are reduced to accomodate. And, fear not! All the food delivery app people know us well and are happy to deliver. We are locally owned and operated. Above all we are complimented by the positive personalities of our staff and their willingness to go out of their way to fulfill most resonable requests. Lastly, we hope that you are as thankful and gratful to stay with us as we are to host your stay. We aspire to be your home away from home. Just better.... We do the laundry!
