I called the front desk for assistance and Vanessa was awesome. She sent Kaelee right up even though she was swamped at the time with check ins. Kaelee helped to fix what she could with an amazing attitude. She was wonderful. Location great for Tacoma Dome. Restaurant food was good. The staff was fantastic! The location for a Tacoma Dome event couldn't be better. The hotel was clean. The breakfast is good. I would stay here again for another Tacoma Dome event. Great experience. Helpful staff.
