Property Description

Very nice rooms and awesome staff. The front desk was very knowledgeable and speedy to bring items up to the room when we needed it! The hotel was nice, everything worked fine, and all employees were very kind and helpful. All good, great location. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable with really nice pillows. It was quiet even though centrally located in downtown Tacoma. Children's Museum and the Tacoma Art Gallery were across the street. The staff were helpful. Check in and check out were easy. Parking across the street was convenient. Over all a positive experience.Great view of Mt. Rainier!
