The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay again. The beds and bathrooms were excellent. The daily housecleaning was attentive and very quiet; it was so easy to sleep late. The front desk was cordial and helpful with answering concerns. Newly renovated mountain hotel has it all for the discriminating traveler from great service to superb food to cold drinks. Rooms are all new from custom furnishings to local artwork to the infamous "Do Not Disturb" Mattress and even refrigerators. Ask about our special rooms which have features such as an indoor balconies over looking our garden atrium, jacuzzi tubs and mountain views.AAA and AARP rates offered year round.
